Fee

10,000 yen (tax included)/1 hour

Example. Personal fee 10,000 yen + 1-day visitor fee 3,300 yen = 13,300 yen

Visitor fees must be paid at the cash register at the store.

*There will be no staff on May 21st (Sunday), so if you are a visitor and apply for a personal service, we will send you a link to pay the visitor fee via email.

【cancellation policy】

If you cancel up to 5 days before the event, we will deduct the payment fee (4.5%) and our transfer fee of 330 yen from the application amount and refund it to your designated account.

In the case of cancellation between 4 and 2 days before the event, 50% of the application amount will be refunded to the designated account after deducting the payment fee (4.5%) and our transfer fee of 330 yen.

No refunds will be given for cancellations or non-participation on the day before or on the day of the event.
